Project Material Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to divide project into lot breakdown structure (WBS) in collaboration with Design Manager (DM), Project Manager (PM), Production Control (PC) and Procurement

  Create Material Takeoff (MTO) at early stage of project to establish vendor pricing

  Ensure all Material Release Forms (MRF) are as per shop drawings, specifications and issued on time for production

  Create Bill of Material (BOM) for each release

  Create and Monitor Material Tracker for Shop Assembly and Site Material

  Assist modeling team for CW Release in BIM 360

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate degree (with relevant experience) in Architecture, Engineering

  Working experience with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Inventor

  Knowledge of Rhino

  Knowledge of general manufacturing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and possess a wide degree of creativity to accomplish goal / problem solving

  Ability to read and understand architectural shop drawings

  Experience in curtain wall / construction is a plus
